Availability & Rates Please refer to the calendar below
Rates are per week and in GBP (Rates in Euro's are shown on the Dutch page) We offer a 10% reduction for those over 60 (not applicable to short breaks) Arrival & Departure days are as indicated. Alternatives may be possible. Occupancy is from 2.30 pm Saturday until 10 am the following Saturday.
Rates for 2011 will be reviewed in November/December. Up to then the current year's rates will apply.	available

Short breaks (3 nights minimum) can generally be accommodated. However, in June, July and August, firm bookings can only be taken 2 to 3 weeks before. Short break prices are calculated as follows in percentages of the week's price: 3 nights 65%, 4 nights 75%, 5 nights 87.5%, 6 nights 100%.	booked or otherwise unavailable

Booking Procedure
Step 1:	Check our Availability & Rates Calendar to find out whether the period you would like to book is indicated as available.
Step 2:	Read our Rental Conditions and the Important Notes below.
Step 3:	Review the Payment Options.
Step 4:	Complete the Booking Form below and submit.
	Alternatively, download and print out the booking form and send it to us. Don't forget to sign the form to indicate that you have read and accept the Rental Conditions. Without this, we cannot proceed with your booking.
Step 5:	Once we have confirmed the availability, please arrange payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental sum, the balance being payable eight weeks before your arrival (See Rental Conditions ).

Payment Options
Payment should be made by direct payment into our NatWest bank account (regretfully we cannot accept cheques sent by post):
	- either by transfer from your bank account via internet banking or your bank’s telephone banking service
	- or by paying in a cheque or cash over the counter at any NatWest bank.
We will supply details of our account number and sort code in our email confirming receipt of your booking form.


Important notes
	Overseas visitors may prefer to pay into our bank account in the Netherlands in Euros. Please contact us for details.
	If your arrival date is less than eight weeks from the date of enquiry, the full sum needs to be paid in one go to confirm the booking.
	We always try to keep our Availability & Rates page up to date but very occasionally a period shown as available may have just been booked.
	Once you have sent us your booking form and we have confirmed availability, we will hold the booking for you for up to ten days to allow time for your payment to reach us. When we receive your deposit we will contact you to acknowledge receipt. No bookings are confirmed until we have received and acknowledged both booking form and initial payment.
	The balance of the rent must have been received not later than eight weeks before your arrival date. Well before your arrival, you will receive details of how to get to the cottage. Shortly before your arrival, you will receive the key by recorded delivery.
